Returns:

Cedarlake Patio Furniture will accept returns and will refund to you the full purchase price of your order less the original shipping provided the product is returned to us prepaid within 15 days. Returns must be requested by email within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and are subject to a standard 5% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Orders cancelled after packages have been shipped will be subject to round trip shipping and handling charges. A return for refund does not come under our warranty conditions below, therefore you the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Warranty:

If you receive a defective item, Cedarlake Patio Furniture will, at our discretion and expense, replace any parts or products that are found defective within 30 days of purchase. Cedarlake Patio Furniture must be notified by email with supporting pictures or proof of defect of any parts or items claimed to be defective. Our warranty covers replacement of any defective item or part, it does not cover a refund of the purchase price for a return. In the event that you decide to cancel the order for a refund, you the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us.

Cinebox:

Open Air Home Screens come with a 90 day limited manufacturer's warranty. Warranty covers manufacturer's defects and warranties the screen for use in up to 25 mph winds when used properly. Proper use includes tying all eight ropes or tethers to properly secured stakes or weight appropriate anchoring at the proper distances and angles from the screen. See instruction manual for proper screen anchoring. Open Air Cinema is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. Warranty does not cover damage to screen caused by winds over 25 mph, use of screen in close proximity to trees, buildings, poles, wires, cars, and other potentially damaging objects, dragging the screen along hard surfaces or acts of God. Consoles as well as all other electronics included in the consoles are covered in the United States with a one year limited warranty. Warranty covers manufacturer's defects. Warranty does not cover damage due to customer negligence or misuse of equipment. Consult manuals and written information included with your product for more manufacturer warranty information. Individual components which fail due to manufacturer's defects do not justify a complete system return to Open Air Cinema. Defective components may be returned to within one year from the date of delivery to customer. Customer must submit photos and written explanation of defective product before replacement can take place. Any items damaged due to customer negligence are not covered in the warranty. No returns, refunds or exchanges are permitted after 15 days from the date of delivery to customer. All returns must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. A 20% restocking fee applies on all returns. All returns must be approved to verify new condition before any refund will be issued. For returns and exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping to and from Open Air Cinema. 

Shipping Damage:

Upon delivery, please be to be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before accepting and signing for delivery. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged you should refuse delivery and notate damage on shippers copy of the freight bill. Contact Cedarlake Patio Furniture within 3 business days. Cedarlake Patio Furniture will handle correspondence with freight company and arrange for a replacement part or replacement product to be shipped free of charge. If you have notated damage on the waybill and decided to keep the product, Cedarlake Patio Furniture must be notified of damage with supporting photos of damaged item and photos of both inner and outer packaging by email within 3 days. In the event you would like to cancel the order for a refund it will be considered a return and you the customer will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.
